These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 598pkr ("598pkr," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing all aspects of your access to and use of the 598pkr website located at 598pkr.org and all associated services, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, financial transactions, bonus programs, and customer support.

By completing registration, accessing the 598pkr Login page, making a deposit, or in any way using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You have not previously had a 598pkr account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

598pkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and the deposit returned minus any bonus funds utilised.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on 598pkr. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 598pkr Login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Use another player's account with or without their permission.

598pkr will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your full password. Any such communication purporting to be from 598pkr requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 598pkr support immediately at [email protected].

598pkr supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 598pkr, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.

All deposits made to your 598pkr account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 598pkr does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 15 minutes to appear depending on bank processing times. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

598pkr reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time. This is a compliance obligation and applies particularly to large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation will result in account restrictions.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 598pkr is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 598pkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification ("KYC") by providing the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash account showing your registered number).

Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes on average. During periods of high demand or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours. 598pkr will notify you if an extended processing time applies to your withdrawal request.

598pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement to do so. Such decisions are made by our compliance team and are communicated to the player with a reason where legally permissible.

598pkr offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spin allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL. All promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented and must be read before claiming.

The following general conditions apply to all 598pkr bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements expire along with the associated bonus funds.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• 598pkr reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already in progress.
• Players must not create duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Any such activity will result in all associated accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

All casino games available on 598pkr — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and other instant games — use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. RNG systems used by 598pkr's game providers are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the following applies:

• If a bet has been placed and the round was completed on the server before disconnection, the result will stand and the outcome will be visible in your game history upon reconnection.
• If a bet has been placed but the round was not completed due to a server-side failure attributable to 598pkr, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your wallet.
• Disconnection due to the player's internet connection or device issue is not grounds for a void or refund of a completed round.

598pkr publishes Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for all casino games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.

598pkr's sports betting section covers cricket (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), UFC, major football leagues, kabaddi, and other sports. Sports betting is governed by these Terms as well as 598pkr's specific sportsbook rules, which detail how bets are settled, how in-play markets operate, and how disputes regarding bet settlements are resolved.

General sports betting rules applicable to all 598pkr sportsbook activity:

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where the event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the settlement rules for that market.
• Bets placed on markets that have been offered in error (including incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or clear typographical errors) may be voided by 598pkr at its sole discretion. Any winnings from such bets will not be credited.
• In-play bets are subject to market suspension and may be rejected if placed after an event outcome has occurred but before the system has updated. 598pkr's settlement will be based on official data sources for the relevant sport.
• 598pkr uses official match statistics and results from recognised governing bodies (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) for settlement purposes. Results published by unofficial sources will not be used for settlement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement of the relevant event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 598pkr. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using 598pkr for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. 598pkr is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit made to 598pkr while retaining the balance or winnings derived from that deposit. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery of funds through legal means where applicable.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other method that circumvents the spirit of promotional terms.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with 598pkr games or betting markets.
• Hacking or Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the 598pkr platform.

598pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request by the player.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires 598pkr to restrict access.

Where an account is suspended, 598pkr will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason to the player via their registered email address unless doing so would compromise a regulatory investigation or is otherwise prohibited.

Real-money balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after the withdrawal conditions in Section 5 are satisfied.

598pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted from account settings. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 598pkr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any 598pkr content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any 598pkr software.
• Creating derivative works based on any 598pkr content.
• Using the 598pkr brand name or logo in connection with any third-party product, service, or website without written authorisation.

Game content provided on 598pkr by third-party game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. 598pkr is licenced to offer these games; players are granted no rights over the underlying game IP.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 598pkr, its directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of 598pkr, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, server errors, or third-party payment processing delays outside of 598pkr's control.
• Any decisions made by a player in relation to gambling activity on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and you accept this risk fully when using 598pkr.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where 598pkr's security infrastructure has not been breached and the loss is attributable to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 598pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

598pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 598pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 598pkr includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, address, payment method details, game history, and device information. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, support, and — with your consent — promotional communications.

598pkr does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English. Time limits apply to the submission of disputes — claims relating to a specific game round or transaction must be raised within 30 days of the event in question.
